Business
Any business engaged in overseas activities may from time to time require
documents to be notarised. Businesses which frequently use my services
include: car hire, charities, chemicals, international property
investment, logistics and warehousing, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, shipping, sports
management and wealth management.
Legalisation
Where required, legalisation by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and
by a country’s embassy, or consulate, can be arranged together with
direct return to your office, or an overseas destination. For further

Evidence of Identity and Authority
Where a document is signed on behalf of a company, evidence of the
signatory’s authority may be required in addition to evidence of identity
(see also:
Identification Requirements). I can obtain confirmation of
appointment of directors directly from Companies House. In some cases a
board resolution, or other confirmation, may be required. A telephone
conversation will quickly establish what is required.
